Omni in Athens

One of the very early calendar pictures (1962) is a bus in Athens with the Acropolis as a background. The Acropolis looks the same, but trees are growing and buses develops…

Now it’s launched, the new Scania V8! R 730 the most powerful truck in the world. This is the result from the shooting that I wrote about earlier. Definitively worth some snow on the clothes.

Sometimes, when I’m not working with the calendar, I do some jobs in the Scania photo studio. We have a rather big studio, which fits both trucks, buses and… Photographers!

Digging in the archive

This idea needs some deep searching in the archive. All the printed calendars are stored in one place, but not the originals…


There’re more than 500 000 images in the archive, from old glass plates to new, huge digital files.


I’m happy to have a great archivist, Kjell, helping me out with this deep search.
